Marc Tritschler
Marc Tritschler - piano
Marc studied piano with Prof. Felix Gottlieb in Freiburg, Germany . He took part in the International Piano Academy in Murrhardt and won the first prize in the International Piano Competition in Ostuni, Italy. 2005 / 06 he won a scholarship for the International Ensemble Modern Academy in Frankfurt. As a student of the composer Mesias Maiguashca he also made studies in Live-electronics and with that, made experiences in conceptual improvisation. As a freelance musician he worked as a piano teacher, a theater pianist and as assistant music director and music director for diverse operas and musicals. He founded the network testklang, in the year 2000, dealing with all sorts of combinations of visual arts and music. As a pianist he could be heared in Festivals and concerts in Germany and Europe, for example the Darmstädter Ferienkurse für Neue Musik, the World New Music Festival in Stuttgart, Maerzmusik Berlin.
